Initiate Request
Log in to your Spigen Business account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the items in their original retail packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included, and pack them securely in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team receives and inspects the returned electronics, we will process your refund or store credit back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
